How to Clone an Agent?

Click on Agency

Click on Client Portal

Select a client account from which to copy an agent.

Click on Manage Agents

Click on Clone

Select a client account to paste the agent into.

Click on "Paste to Client" to paste the copied agent

If you want to share an agent with any of your clients, first select the agent

Click on Select Agent to Clone…

Select an Agent

Click on Clone to a Client

Select a client account

Click on 'Clone to Selected' to paste the agent

You have successfully cloned an agent.
